All of our products are handmade in NYC, each product may have a different processing time. Please refer to the product page for more information.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on most of our jewelry. Please allow 2 to 5 business days after the order has shipped. All orders are shipped with UPS.
International shipping
Please allow 5 to 8 business days after the order has shipped. Customers are responsible in case of taxes and duties in their country.
Exchange/Return and refund policies
All products are handmade, therefore we do not accept returns.

Exchange/Return and refund policies
All products are handmade, therefore we do not accept returns.
We only accept exchange within 48 hours if the sizing is wrong. The exchange item will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving the returned item for GLASS items and up to 7 business days for METAL items. For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If the product presents a default the customer must let us know within the next 48 hours following the delivery date for us to take care of the matter.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, we will work on it as much as we can, however, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit. You are also responsible to communicate with our forwarder concerning taxes and duties questions they may have for you in order to deliver your package safely.
Care
Bronze and silver naturally oxidize over time especially from moisture, water and sweat. Oxidation can easily be removed with a jewelry polishing cloth. We advise you to store your jewelry in a pouch when you are not wearing it.
