We offer free domestic shipping on most of our jewelry. Please allow 2 to 5 business days after the order has shipped. All orders are shipped with UPS.
Please allow 5 to 8 business days after the order has shipped. Customers are responsible in case of taxes and duties in their country.
Exchange/Return and refund policies
All products are handmade, therefore we do not accept refunds*.
*Refunds are possible only if the product presents a default the customer must let us know within the next 48 hours following the delivery date. Refund will be processed by 7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, we will work on it as much as we can, however, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit. You are also responsible to communicate with our forwarder concerning taxes and duties questions they may have for you in order to deliver your package safely.
Bronze and silver naturally oxidize over time especially from moisture, water and sweat. Oxidation can easily be removed with a jewelry polishing cloth. We advise you to store your jewelry in a pouch when you are not wearing it.
